Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are required to remove all personal belongings, valuables, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any detailing service. -
Service Location:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is located in a safe, lawful, and accessible area for service. If you have any concerns about the safety or legality of the location, please inform the technician immediately. -
Customer Risk Acknowledgment:
All vehicles are serviced at the customer’s own risk and must be in a condition that can withstand standard cleaning and detailing procedures. -
Battery Disclaimer:
Detail Nova LLC and its vendors are not responsible for discharged batteries during or after a service. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle post-service to ensure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights are turned off. -
Booking Times & Delays:
We cannot guarantee exact arrival times for appointments. Detailing times are estimates only, as every vehicle is unique and may require more or less time to achieve the desired results. While we strive to meet all scheduled appointments, unexpected circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or equipment issues) may cause delays. Such instances do not void our cancellation policy. -
Payment Policy:
We reserve the right to collect debit or credit card information to secure a booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.com. -
Booking Adjustments & Cancellations:
Detail Nova LLC reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel bookings based on staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failures. All service requests require confirmation of address, package, and vehicle condition. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any service request at our sole discretion. -
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, without penalty to Detail Nova LLC. -
Safety Policy:
For safety and insurance reasons, no one may be within 15 feet of the service area or the technician(s) while services are being performed. Failure to comply may result in a $70 safety fee due to increased risk. -
Liability Disclaimer:
Detail Nova LLC does not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property, including items left inside the vehicle or the vehicle itself, during or after the detailing service. We also assume no responsibility for any damage to the service location. -
Harassment Policy:
Standing next to or interfering with technicians during service will be considered harassment. In such cases, service may be refused, and 30% of the service cost will be charged for time and travel expenses. -
Service Limitations:
Detail Nova LLC reserves the right to refuse any customer demands that exceed the scope of the booked service. -
Zero Tolerance for Abuse:
We will not tolerate any form of verbal or physical abuse towards our staff under any circumstances. Appropriate actions, including refusal of service, will be taken if such behavior occurs.
